It has been brought to my attention that our Constitutional President Mr. Enrique Peña Nieto has proposed a new law reform which includes some changes that might be not quite in everyone's best interest.
This Reform contains a couple of sections which violate international treaties and a phew human rights.
"Internet signal can be turned off in a certain location for a national security matter." This clause is violating the international internet treaty, which specifies than no government can, by any circumstances, keep its population from the internet.
