Telecommunications reform.

These are the 5 points that are mainly being discussed in Mexico for complain to government.

This reform will affect mainly because of the way it is being stated. Even though the reform goes against everything the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) defends, which is mainly the human rights, which in Mexico are constitutionalized, the mexican government "isn't breaking" any of these rights and laws because there is an amparo trial. 

Is this really right? Is it fair in any way?

Telecom. law proposal

It has been brought to my attention that our Constitutional President Mr. Enrique Peña Nieto has proposed a new law reform which includes some changes that might be not quite in everyone's best interest.
This Reform contains a couple of sections which violate international treaties and a phew human rights.
"Internet signal can be turned off in a certain location for a national security matter." This clause is violating the international internet treaty, which specifies than no government can, by any circumstances, keep its population from the internet.
